Every week I try out one new recipe I haven’t ever seen before. Usually Pinterest aids me greatly in my selection. Other weeks I will peruse my many cookbooks and select something from there that gets my taste buds giggling. This morning I realized…WHY NOT SHARE (at least the successful attempts at new Pinterest recipes) with everyone!?

This recipe was quite easy and made up mostly of things I had already. There’s nothing I would change about the recipe, but I would like to forewarn you that it really burned up my baking dish (since you bake down the juice so much) and so a good soaking was required to get all the burned bits off. To keep that from happening I may oil the pan more on my next attempt. That said it obviously didn’t put me off making the dish again.
I have been so impressed by this recipe for Mooish Paella! It was a bit high maintenance but the flavor was so complex. The harissa gave it a lovely heat, and the chorizo with the chicken was especially interesting. This is made best on the weekend as it is a longer cooker.
