Mole Lava Cakes Feature

Hey, remember that time I teamed up with food photographer Aubrie LeGault and had a bunch of my food shot but then refused to share my recipes with you? 😉

Last week my Mole Lava Cakes recipe (from that shoot) was featured on Incomplete Magazine‘s site!

This recipe is best prepped the morning before a big dinner and is quite decadent. It’s an every season kind of dessert, topped with fruit or ice cream (or gelato) in the summer and dusted with powdered sugar or Portland Creamery’s Cajeta in the winter!
